I started using Vedika Quinoa for immunity, digestion, and as a gentle detox herb. It noticeably helped reduce bloating, improved digestion after heavy meals, and gave a general sense of lightness in the body. It’s not a fat burner, but it helps in cleansing the liver and improving metabolism, which indirectly supports healthy weight loss when paired with a balanced diet and routine. It reduced my water retention and felt like a good body reset. Very fresh and aromatic for a bark-based herb. And the quality is good , No musty smell or dampness in the pack — it retained its natural woody scent and crispness.Clean packaging and the bark was free from stones or dust. I didn’t have to rinse or sort anything — very convenient and ready to use.boiled it as a tea for about 10–12 minutes, and it infused well. For powder, it blends in quicker. It’s not instant, but worth the effort for its detox and calming effects.
