Chord iPM90 Music/Microphone Stand Mount for iPad

This works really well. I use it on a mic or music stand and once attached, it's very solid. The only thing I'd warn against is if you intend to use it for more than a single-sized tablet. There are two sets of plastic clips which fit on the end of the arms which hold the tablet and they're sized for different dimensions of device, one set for an iPad, one for an iPad Mini, for example. The clips have a snap-on, snap-off fitting and the clips are held VERY tightly on the supporting arms, so much so that it feels like they might well break before too long. If you're only going to use it for a single device, it's no problem, but swapping the retaining clips really has to be done carefully.

I am delighted by this product. At fifteen quid it's one of thecheapest iPad stands I've come across yet the build quality is excellent, as is the design. All components made to high standards, and the clips that hold the iPad in place are reassuringly secure without being too tight to undo. Perfect for clipping to my mic stand as I hoped, yet as a bonus the clamp is cleverly multi-purpose, will attach to any table edge or whatever, and I find myself using it around the house. Brilliant value, very happy.

Treat it with respect and it will do the job. The screw piece that connects the mount to a music stand is not brilliant as it's clearly made for a desk. Shame the kit dosn't come with an adaptor.

I was very disappointed with this product. The flimsy plastic wing nut broke off the first time I attempted to clamp the unit to a microphone stand, rendering the entire thing useless.

Looks good but just sags when I put an ipad on it. I can kind of read it so it does work a bit but the screws do not hold it in the right position. disappointing, but it is solidly built

The product arrived promptly from the seller. In this case you get what you pay for; by this I mean for the price I paid it does the job adequately. It's a bit flimsy and you have to really tighten the clamps for it to remain in place. You can use with. By using a combination of the mount fixings it works for my iPad 5

The mount did not come with the necessary attachments for an iPad Air, which is what I have, but I have managed to use it every day since I got it and it has performed perfectly well. I have it attached to a mic stand and use it for reference for drawing and painting but now also use it when I am reading a book or listening to music, so I am using it more that I planned to so that must prove it is useful.If anything I would prefer a greater movement range for the angle adjustment, but this is a minor gripe and it can be accommodated by adjusting various other parts.

I use this clamped to a microphone stand so I can have lyrics available discretely if I need them, and it works a treat.It does need to be clamped pretty tightly at the stand bracket to stop it slipping, but that is a metal bracket so no worries. The only downside is that after singing, the iPad has little spots on it, but I won't go there - that's my fault :-)
