Overall, very pretty, but as usual with petty coats on Amazon, it's not quite as fluffy as the pictures would show. Not a ton of volume, but it was just enough to add to a skirt and give it a little more body. The waist is pretty stretchy, overall it worked out well.

I bought this item for a Halloween costume (Alice N Wonderland). It was shorter than my costume but because it was so full it did the job well.

Bought for my daughter, and it was perfect for her needs. She's 5'7", about 140 lbs and the small/med fit great. It comes just above her knees and it was comfortable enough to wear for several hours. Would recommend!

The Small-Medium was supposed to fit waists of 23" - 39". The Large - XLarge was for 32"- 50". Since my waist was in both ranges, and I didn't want to be pulling it up or have excess fabric, I chose the smaller. Yes, I could get it on...but it was terribly uncomfortable. If you look at the picture I'm attaching, it starts out about 18"-20". The quality seemed to be okay....but I returned it, since it would be too uncomfortable to wear all day.

True to size, nice and stiff, too! It's perfect for the dress I need it for! There are instructions for making it softer if you don't need stiff shape. For reference I am 5'7" 220lbs U.S. size 18

Just what my daughter wanted. Made the dress have that bottom puffy style. Hides well under the dress.
