They’re not too sweet but they’re enough that you can enjoy them. And if you want them sweeter just use less water. The prices are also the best of any of the brands. My favorite in this variety pack is the pineapple and the passion fruit they’re soooooooooo good like insanely. And even the cherry is so good too! It fully dissolves in the water unlike liquid IV. and I’m actually hydrated when I drink these. They’ve made a big difference for me because I’m on certain medications that dehydrate me and it’s a big struggle to find effective hydration packets. I bought these for the zero grams of sugar and lower calorie options and for someone else who needs more low sugar and sugar free. These taste pretty good to me and I think they dissolve very quickly and better than the sugar option of another brand. I don't think these supplement me personally and give me stamina as much as the sugar option but possibly that's just a sugar boost for me. I do like these and they have a decent price in comparison to others I purchased I would probably repurchase.
