Polly Pocket Dolls & Playset, Snow Sweet Penguin Compact with 13 Accessories, Travel Toy with Fidget Exterior

I've had a few compacts in my time, and with some, I become annoyed because there are so many accessories that there isn't room to display and play with all of them at once. (Like that otter aquarium set, for example.) This doesn't have that problem at all! The whole compact is small but spacious, and there's plenty of space for the slide, the freezer fireplace den, the ice cream shop, and the ice skating rink. I've had this set, the corgi dog set, and the sea otter aquarium set, and out of the three, this is my favorite by far. The set comes with 2 polly dolls, a snowman, and 3 penguins, so there are plenty of characters that can interact in this play scene. All of them can be picked up and moved in several places and stay in place due to the peg system these newer Pollys have. (The one Polly Stick set I ever had did not work and was quite annoying.) The flappy penguin wings fidget on the front of the compact is also clicky and very satisfying to play with. Although if you're a traveling parent in a car, that may get really annoying really fast. The colors in the set are very pastel and appealing to look at, and the floor of the compact is mostly different colors of hard plastic and not just a piece of printed-on cardboard which is appreciated. My only nitpick is the two small icecream pieces do not have peg holes on the bottom, so they can be easily lost if a polly or a penguin isn't constantly holding them. And even then, they're pretty easy to come off and aren't firm to the dolls grip at all. Luckily there's a space in the freezer under the floor that's perfect to store them in if you aren't using them. The table that comes with the set has pegs, so you'd think the ice creams would have peg holes so they could sit on the table like in the picture, but my set at least did not have that.

This is a cute and classic gift for a little girl

This is one of the best Polly pocket playsets that I have gotten. IT stays closed, has lots to do and the price is unbeatable!. It also can take a beating as my 3 year old dropped it and nothing broke. Also, the dolls are not those rubber crappy dolls but they bend and can fit in the seats, etc.

This poly pocket is exactly like they were as a kid! Tiny pieces, need tiny fingers to use, and easy to carry around. My daughter loves knowing I had something similar as a child.

My girls ranging from 4-11 all love the Polly Pockets. They are durable & fun to play with. There are little pieces. So, I would not suggest these for any little ones that like to put things in their mouths.

This set comes with lots of little pieces. Be careful to check the packet or you might lose a cupcake. The penguins are so cute. I wished there were 1 or 2 more interactive elements, but this one is half the price of others so maybe that's it. The people have holes in the feet so they stand well on the pegs.

My daughter loves this and it is easy to take anywhere

Cute but. I loved this when I was a child bought for my daughter and she loves them as much as I did.

Received within the delivery time but the part that keeps the toy closed is missing. The toy cannot be closed at all.
