Poor Professionalism and Cheating
The item has customizations. I gave a name to print and it has spelling mistake. If I want to return , they are not allowing that. What's this ? If it is not returnable, then you should have confirmed item before shipping to get approval for customizations. This is really poor professionalism or to extent of cheating. Money is money for anyone. Selling such wrong product is almost cheating

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Product is good from cloth quality point of view. It’s compact. But it doesn’t retain heat as needed in lunch bag
