After cleansing my face i like to use cotton pads and place them on my face for 10 mins to soak up into my skins so it feels cool

It was suggested by my beautician. I liked the first time so I ordered it for the second time as well. It didn't come in a box like the first time. They just sent bottle in USPS brown envelope. And there was leakage. Also this time it was diluted with water and pump didn't work. It was like scented and colored water. Never gonna order again.
