This is by far the best knee wrap I've owned.Comfort - The knee wrap is very comfortable. The inside is neoprene except the pocket that holds the ice pack, that appears to be a think nylon. The outside of the wrap is entirely covered in Velcro which is great as it allows for the two adjustable Velcro wraps to connect anywhere.Quality - The knee wrap appears to be made well. The stitching appears to be done well and looks like it will hold up well. I've not had any loose threads or any stitching rubbing causing discomfort.Effectiveness - Again, great knee wrap. The gel pack gets extremely cold. Almost too cold sometimes. Since the wrap is so flexible you can place the wrap on your knee in almost any orientation. I've been using mine for knee soreness as well as a lower hamstring pull.Overall I couldn't be happier with this purchase. The only thing I would mention that could be seen as a con/drawback is the way you have to put the gel pack in the knee sleeve. You have to fold the pack to insert it into the pocket. It's not hard but over time could put stress on the stitching.

I researched previous reviews (thank you to all who post reviews) and very specifically needed it to be Prime because I need something very quick, I literally woke up one day and couldn’t walk. I’m 6ft 1in, 185 lbs and in pretty good shape, the only negative is, I’ll be 50 in less than a month, hence the reason my aches and pains keep popping up out of know where. It took me nearly 20 minutes to hobble down the stairs, I scared myself when I nearly fell three times when I barely put any sort of weight on my leg. So based on past reviews and this being a Prime product, I quickly ordered it and it came quickly as expected. I’ve been using it non stop on my knee since I got it and I’m right back at about 90% in three days. This is a very good product, I highly recommend it. When you put the cold pac in the freezer and then put it on, it feels so good with the compression while it’s cooling. I had a second cold pac so when I was done with one I could switch it out for another cold pac. I’m impressed with this product, I wasn’t quite sure when ordering because I was skeptical as to Velcro and what parts of the device you can secure the Velcro to, but after getting the product, I can see I can make this as small as I want to as big as I want. This will work on my wife’s leg and she’s only 100 lbs soaking wet. I like the product, I may need to get at least one more so I can treat both knees simultaneously if needed, or have one for me and the wife at the same time. Sucks to get old, keep the quality products coming Amazon Prime.

Pros: comfortable, soft fabric, excellent Velcro wrap system, easy to use, well constructed. Cons: I was expecting the pack to stay warm longer... one review said it stays warm all night long. It does not. Stays warm for about an hour, which is perfect for bedtime. The pack requires that it be placed in a bowl of boiling water for 10 min prior to usage, so it requires a bit of wait time. Works best lying down... despite the well designed velcro wrapping it tends to slip down below knee when I’m walking around. I’ll experiment with wrapping it tighter for walking.

I got this for my husband since he has psoriatic arthritis in his knee. He is a heat metal specialist and on his feet 8-10 hours a day. Being able to ice his knee with the brace has alleviated a lot of his pain. The ice pack is not that hard to put in the brace, it just needs to be folded on the sides and then slips right in. It is not that difficult, I can see why it is made that way so that the ice pack does not silp out. I would recommend it, my husband loves it and the price was great!

Needing to ice my inflamed, painful knee is now so much easier & I am so thankful. I suffer from Psoriatic Arthritis & my immune system is wreaking havoc on my joints. I just got home from my Orthopedist again after having a Baker's cyst drained & a steroid injection. The very first thing I did after getting home & settled, was to elevate my left knee and use my awesome TheraPAQ knee ice wrap pack to help ease my knee discomfort. I love how the ice pack is easily placed into the pocket inside the knee support. It is so wonderful to not have to chase a falling ice pack every few minutes & place it back onto my knee. The pocket sleeve is quite thin, so I recommend placing a folded wash cloth/hand towel/some other protective barrier between the sleeve & your knee, as you don't want to risk a frostbite injury. The wrap does a great job of supporting my knee as it ices it down. I truly love this product and have already recommended it to my Sister.The only recommendation I would suggest for TheraPAQ would be: Add flexible foam or another flexible, protective material within the fabric of the ice pack pocket/sleeve. This would create more of a protective barrier between the ice pack & the knee, in order to prevent frostbite injury. It's an easy fix, however, with a folded hand towel (as can be seen in my photo).This product exceeded my expectations, which makes me a very happy consumer!

I love the reusable cold pack, I have not used for heat. The cold pack stays in place ( with interior pocket and velcro),rather that using a towel and ice. By the time the cold pack from the freezer thaws, approximately 15 minutes, its time to take it off anyway, holds in place nicely with knee still. If you are using as a knee brace to move around in, this will not work. The brace twists and moves and scrunches in the middle. offers no support what so ever. If you are sitting still and need to cold pack your knee, this product works wonderfully. If you are looking for a brace to support and stay in place while walking, you will be disappointed. 4 starts for cold pack holding. 1 star for support and stay in place ability.
