I found it uncomfortanke with the pads not really being large enough ti distribute my weight well. I think, like most any bike saddle, it really is an individual thing wether you will find this sadly fits your neefs or not. For me it didn't work, but for others it may work well. One thing that seems clear is that this saddle is best for a more upright riding position. My bike is somewhere in the middle, so I wasnt sure if it woukd work or not. My hunch is this is one of the reasons it doesnt work for me, but not the main reason. The main reason seems t on be just the size of the cushions themselves. For folks with more "back there" back there its probably fine, but for me with very little natural tush cush, its uncomfortable. I'm glad I got to try it to see if it could work or not. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Works as advertised *by A***R on Reviewed in the United States on June 6, 2021* Super comfortable and addresses the ergonomic issues with the legacy seat designs used over the last 100+ years. Zero man-pain. I no longer wear specialized padded biking shorts and can ride for hours pain-free as if I was sitting in a chair at home. I especially like the added nose that is out of the way well below the pads but still very useful and necessary for bracing the inside of my upper legs when leaning into turns. That said, the seat did take a few weeks to learn to use in terms of how it feels and how to best sit on it, but now that my rides are pain-free I am riding more frequently and longer. Currently, I ride mostly on rough pot-holed dirt roads with a mountain bike with a full suspension and dropper post. I strongly recommend this product as the next-generation ergonomic bicycle seat whenever possible to use.As a note, seem to recall the documentation states this seat is not for mountain biking, but I am not sure exactly why, so please double-check the specification. The seat is wider than the legacy seats so getting behind this seat on a steep downhill is not practical, but seems using a dropper post should solve the behind the seat problem regardless of the seat used. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars This seat is excellent for those men whose prostate problems *by J***O on Reviewed in the United States on March 9, 2018* This seat is excellent for those men whose prostate problems. It was designed by a German urologist. The two pads are adjustable laterally. There is also an adjustable shock absorber below the pads. The nose of the seat is dropped lower than on normal saddles so no contact is made with the perineum. The nose still allows for side to side stability. It takes a little adjusting and getting used to but it was worth it. For the maximum effect, the rider should be sitting up straight. This is fine for those use a city bike. It won't work as well for road bikers who lean forward.
