NO STARS. Came completely dry, never worked. Should have read reviews, most say it comes dry. Junk don’t waste your money

I just wish that when I receive them they are not dry. It’s a hit and miss.. that’s the disappointment in buying it. But the pencil is sturdy and works if they are filled with the liquid

Very little of the product doesn't come out. What is worse is I accidentally ordered 2.
