Mews Corona 5 Drawer Narrow Chest, Tallboy, Mexican Pine

Solid well structured piece. The corona range is a classic set that looks good with any decor.I just wish the pieces wouldn't all be a different shade, can be off-putting, but I'm going to stain them all so they look like they match colour wise. Other than that I absolutely love this range. It's solid and durable with a great price tag.

Quick delivery.Lovely, rustic, good quality, solid wood.Very heavy and hard wearing...not chipwood/plywood.The real deal!Needs assembly which can cause slight irritation!Despit aligning all screws and Downing rods according to pre-drilled holes,one of the drawers has a gap but only very slight and kind of adds to the rustic appeal!Overall, very happy with purchase.Have and will continue to buy more furniture from this range as it will last a lifetime if correctly assembled.Lovely warm wood effect.

Arrived early and in good packaging. Easy to assemble, needs two people to line up. Matches furniture we've had for five or six tears. Very pleased,sturdy and looks good.

My mistake as I didn't look close enough at the measurements as I wanted a wider unit but is very strong and sturdy and now used in another position

Absolutely shocking. Wood is poor quality and even though everything lines up the wood slips. Have quit half way through and I have even paid it in full yet!!I would return but would mean buying a new tool to dismantle.Off to scrap yard when I have the energy.

Never like assembling furniture but it was nice seeing this take shape. Instructions were good, I grudging admit. All solid pine - apart from the drawer bottoms - at a price equal to furniture made from compacted wood chips.

The quality of the furniture is very good however the quality control is sadly lacking. There were no instructions included so we had to access them on line. The assembly sequence needs reviewed and some of the list of items were missing. On certain items the screw facility was missing and holes needed to be drilled in order to screw together. There were no instructions at all as to how to securely attach the front, sides, back and top apart from the dowels aligning them. All of the above is a pity as it is a nice looking piece of furniture at a reasonable price. Poor scoring reflects the assembly issues, not the item itself.

It's a shame that not all of the drawer runners are drilled. The complaint procedure did not work at 5pm so I have had to drill the holes myself.
