The Natural Dog Company Paw Soother Balm & Wax 2 oz Stick is a fantastic product overall. It helped keep my dog’s paws soft and healthy, especially after long walks on rough or hot surfaces. The balm has a pleasant, natural smell, goes on smoothly without being greasy, and my dog didn’t mind me applying it at all. I noticed his paws looked less dry and cracked after just a few uses. The stick format makes application clean and easy — no mess. Overall, this balm feels high-quality, effective, and worth having in your pet care routine. Highly recommend!

When I say this is 100% the best paw balm I've EVER used, I mean that with all of me. It being a stick makes it extremely easy to apply. I've had some paw balms before that were hard to apply because the wax was hard but NOT this one! The wax is so soft and goes on like butter. It also works so good on all three of my dogs, who are all different breeds and makes their paw pads so soft for a few days after! It also gives me some peace, knowing im protecting their paws from the hot pavement. It is definitely worth the higher price!! Highly recommend.

Easy to use convenient size great for winter protection of paws

Wonderful stuff. This sounds crazy but if have a better half with feet rough, and cracks in then. Within a week feet was healed up, and dogs feet are better to.

I live in Florida, and there are only about 12 days a year that the pavement, or pretty much any exposed surface, won’t be 100+ degrees at some point in the day. I have shoes for my dog for times that she’ll be walking around outdoors for extended periods of time, but I was looking for a solution for short, but still potentially painful distances for her to walk, like parking lots. I wanted something that would protect her for those short distances, when putting on her shoes, (which she hates) isn’t logistically practical. While I don’t have a scientific way of confirming this, I have applied the paw balm to her (on multiple occasions) right before leaving the house, and after a short drive, when walking her from the car, into a store or park, she didn’t appear to have any discomfort. Granted, we move at a quick pace, and my girl is a trooper, so maybe she just wasn’t showing signs of distress, but it really didn’t seem to bother her. However, and this is just my option, I don’t see how, given the very thin layer of protection, that this would be a viable solution for anything other than a Very limited time on a hot surface. Some reviewers mention that their dogs try licking it off after application, but mine doesn’t show much interest in it. Its not that hard to apply, but be prepared that if you do so at home, or in a car, it does leave a little bit of visible, greasy feeling residue on hard surfaces and smooth fabric. I bought the 0.15 trial stick, which is very small, and somewhat expensive for the amount, however, they do make it very clear that this is a small trail size. In the end, I don’t know if this really works, but you do get more applications than you’d expect, and even if it only provides just marginal protection and comfort for my dog, the price is worth it. Giving this a product 3 stars because it has, in my option, pretty limited effectiveness when it comes to heat protection, which was the purpose for my purchase.

Great for my dogs paws. The roads were so salty and I clean off his feet when we get back from walks but they were dry and cracking. This I apply after I clean his paws and rub it in and it protects him. Paws are soft and protected now.

I honestly wish I’d started using the Natural Dog Company Paw Soother sooner. My pup’s paws were getting really rough and "crunchy" from the hot pavement and salt in the winter, and you could tell it was starting to bother him. The stick format is a total lifesaver—it’s basically like a giant chapstick for their feet, so you don’t have to get your hands all greasy digging into a jar. It smells nice and herbal, and the best part is that it's all-natural, so I don't have to panic when he inevitably tries to lick a little bit off. After just three days of putting it on before bed, his pads went from feeling like sandpaper to being soft and hydrated again. It absorbs pretty quickly, too, so I don't have to worry about him leaving greasy paw prints all over my hardwood floors. If your dog has dry, cracked paws, just get this—it actually works.

This is great to keep your pet from having chapped and cracked paws. It's was a little concerning when the tin came because it is rather small but a little goes a long way. My dog looks forward to her mani/pedis now because it's followed by a Paw Soother massage.

The product itself is great. It helps sooth my dog's cracked paw pads. He used to not let me touch them - must have been painful. The seller, however, is using photo of a 2oz stick when the actual product is a 0.15oz stick. If you don't pay attention to the item description, you'll get a rude shock when you receive the item. This is misrepresentation.

Ottimo prodotto. I polpastrelli dei miei cani si nutrono benissimo con questo prodotto ed appaiono riparati dalle piccole screpolature. L unico piccolo inconveniente è che assornbe lentamente e quindi meglio metterla quando fanno nanna sennò lasciano i segni su tutto il pavimento

Bought it for my frenchy who keeps scratching but not sure if it worked, still scratching but i'l give it more time let's see...and too expensive for tiny containers
