This knife is very versatile.

Great quality, sharpens easily, lasts longer, feels good in the hand in the handshake grip....however. the handle fell just short of comfortable. Id prefer a thicker handle to have a good grip on, but overall, super happy with this knife. Lets see if it holds up in culinary school.

Good knife for the money

I think there's nothing to dislike about this product. We gave it to our chef nephew for Christmas and he showed us how he effortlessly sliced a piece of christmas wraping paper and we were all like stunned. Can you imagine how that works on meat.
