This set of two is perfect for my husband and me. We use them every second night while we watch tv for about five minutes per hand. He has one on his end table, and I have one on mine, so it's very convenient to grab for them. We've both noticed a difference in our hand strength and grip within the first week. You can feel muscles being worked throughout the arm. Not everyone is fortunate enough to live to old age, so we want to embrace it and make sure we go into our retirement and senior years as healthy as possible. Grip strength is very important for day-to-day life. I highly recommend this set.
