My first big disappointment with an item bought through Amazon and I buy many!. The key ring arrived in an open badly squashed box and was not a' Flock Lined Gift Box' as described in the product description nor did it have a 'Polished Hi-Shine Finish', more of a scratched and rather tacky looking finish. I bought this as a birthday present as it looked of reasonable quality in the picture and was well presented. So disappointed now as not sure to give it as a gift any more and will probably be returning it for a refund.
