Artist Unknown A Pair of Small Classic Victorian Scroll Shelf Brackets 6 Inch Bracket Cast Iron by knobs and knockers

I was having great difficulty in finding shelf brackets that I actually liked. I didn't want floating shelves as they aren't strong enough, and the only others ones I could find were cheap and nasty.These are really nice - they look classic / industrial but are sturdily made and were ideal for my shelves. It is surprising how hard it is to find this sort of thing at a reasonable price.However - as others have said, be careful if you need more than one pair as the supplier seems to produce two designs, which are very similar to each other but not identical and different enough to be obvious if you were mounting them close to each other. So I ended up ordering a third set to get two that matched although it wasn't the end of the world and I'll use the other set somewhere else.So overall - excellent product, but try and order all in one go to ensure you get a matching set.

These are lovely brackets. Only gets four stars because screws are very weak. Drill a good size pilot hole before using or screw head will shear off.

these little brackets are great, well made look the part . have been used to support a small sink in my wet room [ will stop grand kids pulling it of the wall ]. casting is really good was really pleased at the quality.all in all would recommend .

beautiful shelf brackets, great addition to my dining room. i used them to hold up a railway sleeper and they look amazing. great value.

Nice looking brackets, feel very sturdy and have a lovely finish to them.I wasn’t expecting screws to be supplied (12x) but as they were a nice matching black finish, I used them.The screw heads are a little soft but drill pilot holes, use a quality correct fitting flathead screwdriver, take your time and don’t overtighten, they’ll be fine.

They look very nice, just what I was expecting. Packaging not too good - lid not taped in any way to bottom of the box (brackets could've fallen out at any time during transit - luckily for me they didn't).
