This machine is perfect and so easy to use. It will make your entire house smell like a spa. Also the Jcloud customer service team is top notch. I lost the key to the unit and they were not only responsive to my inquiry but went out of their way to help. I hope this come back in stock soon so I can purchase another one.

Great product! I purchased this item due to my wife replacing wall air fresheners every week or so. It appears we were spending money heavily on replacement cartridges for these things. When this item arrived, I plugged it in and didn't tell my wife. She walked in and was blown away by the aroma the machine produced! Just in one hour after set up, the house was smelling great! Diffuser is small enough to hide or has a great modern design to be placed out in the open for all to see. However, The canister that holds the oils in the machine or 1000ml(1 litre). You will need alot of 3.38ml or 5.0ml bottle to fill this thing up. My machine currently has 3.38 bottle set to work from 8a to 9p a G2 setting and it calculate a 27 day spray before a refill is needed, which is not bad. Shipped fast and packed very well. I strongly recommend purchasing if your big on aroma therapy or just like the way hotel lobby smell upon entry! You will have that comfort of relaxation in your own home!

JCLOUD Upgrade Floor-Standing Scent Air Machine says it covers 5000sq ft, because it busted arrived last night, so far I can almost smell it throughout the house. I was looking into getting the Hime Collection Presidential one you hook up to your filter only because the coverage was what I was looking for, stumbled across this and decided to give it a try for a fraction of the price I was going to pay for that one and it covers larger area, but that my home is mansion size, but I wanted to get something that covers the whole house. This unit does not I repeat DOES NOT come with a remote control, although I do think they have one that comes with the remote, but it does have an app. I’m using anyway scent, it’s ok to buy again I suppose.. I read some other brands may smell different and stronger, but the Scent machine itself is getting the job done! Would purchase again

We've had this for about a week now and I absolutely love it so far. It's smaller than I thought it would be which is a bonus because I was worried about it taking up more space (it's small, but holds a lot of oil.) It's very quiet when it goes off and I can smell the oils from rooms away. The app is pretty user friendly also, it has different settings so you can set it up however you feel comfortable.

With all the Diffuser machines out there to choose from, we are extremely excited that we found the perfect machine for our high traffic office and showroom. Everybody that comes through our doors ask us what the smell is. This floor stand Diffuser is exactly what we needed and we thank the JCloud company for making such a good machine. We are going to purchase 20 more for all of our locations. We highly recommend this machine.

We have a two story home. This diffuser works well to scent air on both levels. Within 45 minutes of starting its daily cycle (15 seconds on, 300 minute pause) the whole house is full of fragrance. We're using JCloud Shangri-la essential oil. Great purchase!
