DELL 7610 - Happy Customer
Wow! I have a DELL Inspiron 7610 (so about 5 years old). Could not boot the laptop up unless the AC adaptor was plugged in. For the past year I thought it must be a firmware issue. Google AI recently said it might be the battery, so I went to DELL's website to order a new one and balked at the price. Went to Amazon and looked for a compatible battery from a vendor with a good track record. One third (or less) than the DELL price. Came with the tools to open the laptop up and make the change. One thing the youtube videos do not show is getting the three inch cable off of the old battery (because you need it for the new battery. Sure...it's a piece of cake to get the cable off the motherboard, but a bit dicey to knock it off the old battery so you can re-use it with the new battery. But it worked out. Take your time, don't sledgehammer it. The battery was installed and I did not boot the laptop up, just plugged it in and let the battery charge up. Next day, unplug the laptop. Waited another day. Hit the power button. Booted right up with no ac adapter needed and full charge for 1.75 hours of use at no battery saver setting (I prefer performance!). So, yes, this is a good battery at a great price. It fit perfectly. It works very well. Great value in my opinion.

No issues after 3 months
Replaced a Dell gaming laptop battery. No issues during installation and the error cleared. Have been using it for 3+ months and no noticeable degradation.

Good replacement for Dell G15 (Alienware)
Not very difficult to install. Comes with all of the necessary tools. Bios picked up the new battery pretty quickly, just had to acknowledge the new battery. Getting 6 to 8 continuous hours before needing to charge after nearly a month.

It powers my laptop, but the charge runs out much faster than my original battery did.

Perfect replacement for Dell Laptop
Perfect replacement for my Dell 5215 Ryzen laptop. Easy install and the computer recognized the larger capacity . Great upgrade over the standard battery, much longer life.
