I’m 5’3” and 95 lbs. these pads are really absorbent without feeling like a diaper. If I had these when I was a teenage girl I would have never used tampons. I get very heavy flows and these are more than enough for my heavy days + nights. The light is perfect for medium flow if you aren’t a heavy bleeder. Emphasis on both being absorbent and NOT feeling like a diaper.

My 9 yo daughter loves these! This was a very sudden and unexpected onset, so having beautifully and thoughtfully made products like these delievered so quickly are helping to boost her confidence, keep her feeling clean, and super girly. They fit nicely in her bag, and, the outter disposable, yet functional drawsting packaging is super cute and sanitary! The mini size is just that, think: pantie liner.
