Stuff a paper towel down to keep shavings from getting all over, especially protect your forks. Then use shop vac to suck the junk out then push through the paper towel a couple more times. Use a bit of oil as lube. I used paper shredder lube. Once there, thread the cap on, tighten stem, and tap plug in. Good to go. Add some bling to the bike while you are at it.
