Terrible nappy rash for my baby

I have always used pampers premium nappies for both my kids but this particular unit has given repeated nappy rash for my lo. Not sure if it's the change in packaging or there is something new about the nappy but won't be purchasing premium nappies any more

Sas ist die beste Pampers/Windel für uns. Kaum Plastik, fühlt sich sehr hautfreundlich an, ist sehr gut /dicht, keine Hautprobleme des Kindes, sehr zu empfehlen. Auf dem Markt die beste Windel!
