Review: Very pleasantly surprised. - I'm very pleasantly surprised with it. Silver line aren't particularly known for their quality items. I gave up buying their tools a few years ago due to multiple disappointments. That being said, I'm pleased to admit that this is far from a let down. Feels very robustly built. I purchased it for a Maguires g220 random orbital polisher and it fits perfectly. I've been using the polisher as a sander for large table tops (which it does a brilliant job of) and this actually feels noticeably better quality than the original Maguires plate. The difference in price for what meguiars are charging for a replacement plate compared to this is a huge. Could be three or four of these for the same price. Can't comment on longevity of the hook and loop but so far so good. Cheap enough to buy a replacement if and when needed so if I get a few months work from it then I'll be happy enough. Well done silver line, it's nice to purchase an item with your name on it that's actually fit for purpose.
