It is as shown in the picture including how the balloons look. Though it is at higher price, It saved my time. The side hanging drapes fell over night so I had to use my double sided tape to secure.

Great price for everything you get!-Birthday banner looked great and was a good size. Fit perfectly over the pink fringed foil curtain.-Balloons were great! Only three popped since I blew them up a couple days ago and one of those was my fault. Perfect amount included.-Twinklers and streamers are cool too-The foil curtain is the only reason I'm giving four instead of 5 stars! Very pretty but falls apart with minimal pressure pulling on it... Like it started falling apart WHILE I was pulling it up... I taped it together and luckily it held up for the evening but started falling apart again with no prompting by the following morning.

What a wonderful atmosphere to wake to on your Birthday! My daughters Loved decorating for their mother! Beautiful to look at and shows someone you care enough to go the extra step! Easy to install and fun! Loved it!

Perfect set. Has everything for simple decorations

It was cute I got the happy birthday banner complete so that was good. The only bad part were the helium inflatable balloons that did not inflate because of the cheap material. The tinsel was a little thin that if pulled on it would fall but over all very cute and mostly happy with my purchase.

What’s amazing about this is you can create your own set up or anything similar!!!!!!I love that has everything I need to decorate the door or the wall etc….You can use this for your daughter or grown up it’s just so easy and fun to decorate!

Our home looked like a Pinterest board. Every accessory has great quality. Highly recommend

I received all the items as expected. The decoration looks very nice at the end. The package comes with useful stuff that help you fix the decoration on the wall such as sticky tapes that don't leave any traces. But some balloons deflate within an hour or two, some others don't. I recommend you inflate them well and you tie them well too; and I highly recommend you do this no more than 2 hours or so before your event.
