Everyone has different physical chemistry, the instructions say 2 tablets, im 200lbs, after work, approx 1 hour before bedtime, I take 3, eat dinner, im sleepy within the hour. Unfortunately for those of us who wake up during the night, it doesn't keep you asleep. So you have to cycle days between unisom...melatonin tablets, I like zzzquil if I wake up and can't get back to sleep 😴

Can take and get up feeling great

These are the best over the counter sleep pills ever! I struggle always with sleep, mainly staying asleep. I take two of these melts and some melatonin and magnesium and wake only once or twice compared to every hour or two. Trust me, that’s great for me! These melts are a different drug than their gel or caplet form for sleep. The melts work way better for me. Hard to find in stores but sometimes can at CVS but I even pay more here on Amazon as I can’t be without them. If you struggle with sleep, give them a try.
