Not sure if it has anything to do with the IPL treatment! I bought it as i saw people commenting about it but honestly it has got least to do with the ipl, i tried on one arm using the gel and the other arm without the gel, and the arm without the gel was far easier to perform treatment as compared to the one where i used the gel!
