Wolfgang Amadeus MozartRondo Alla Turca * Masterpiece Edition

As a music teacher I should have checked to see if I could view part of the score before purchasing this particular publication. The score is written with different timing than is typical for this piece. For example, the sets of 4 - 1/16 notes at the beginning of the piece are written as grace notes and 1/8th notes. I was disappointed.

This brand of sheetmusic produces more bad notes and errors than dover publications. This one doesn't seem wrong yet. Stay away from these masterpiece publications go the urtext route. If not alfred will do just fine.

I bought this for my two young piano students who love Mozart and currently play an easier version of the Rondo. They haven't tried this version yet but are looking forward to it.
