Another reviewer said it tastes like yeasty beer. I was nervous to buy, but I’m so glad I did. It did NOT taste like yeasty beer at all. It tasted like a donut. I was pleasantly surprised. It helped stop my constant donut cravings. If you blend it with some ice, milk, creamer, and cinnamon sugar, you’ll have a delicious donut flavored milk shake with a fraction of the fat and a whole serving of protein. I love it! It’s also very versatile and can be mixed with a ton of different things since the flavor is not overpowering. You can make chocolate donuts, blueberry, or just plain glazed. It’s really up to your ingredients and imagination. I love this brand and hope they keep this flavor. It really is the best one!

Well, I’m gonna be honest with all of you. I don’t really like this flavor. It tastes too much like a glazed Dunkin donut. If you want to drink the exact replica of a glazed Dunkin’ Donuts, then this is the protein shake for you… because it’s the same exact thing. I don’t know how they did it. I’m still thinking about it. Did they smash a bunch of glazed Dunkin’ Donuts into a powder? Probably. Anyway, I’m still gonna give my valuable five star rating because it taste exactly how it’s supposed to. I just don’t like it. It’s too much it’s overpowering.

I have been a fan of this protein company for a decade and have expensive experience with their flavors. So when I say don’t do it, they must’ve done something completely wrong for me to have been so upset. If you look at all the other comments, my complaints are the exact same. The flavor profile is horrible and taste very artificial and the contents of protein compared to the large size of the tub is inadequate. I remember when I started buying from this company tubs had maybe an inch of headspace they were that full and the flavor was actually really good. If you like I owe 100 but you’re looking for a good flavor, the brownie peanut butter and fruity pebble flavors are actually very decent! But the donut flavor is horrible off the mark and overall the company has been lowering how much protein powder they put in each tub. I believe they referred to that is shrink inflation and it’s going to lose my money in the future if they keep it up.

I really like the flavor of the glazed doughnut, the only problem with the powder is that it’s very fine and tends to clump compared to other powders. If I mix throughly to remove the clumps, the drink becomes very foamy and I’m drinking air. If they ever find a way to resolve that, I would get it again to break up flavor fatigue of other powders.

The Dunkin’ donut flavor is so sweet it gives me a headache, I normally mix my protein with my espresso because I can’t handle the sweetness on its own but even mixed in this is to much and its has a weird popcorn flavor. Not at all my cup of tea. I doubt I’ll be able to finish It. so disappointed bc this was very highly recommended. As for the brownie batter, it too is way too sweet for my liking, when I saw they had 1g of sugar and 0 added sugars I was so excited bc I wanted to flavors without the insanely sweet stomach turning part, sadly this does not live up to my expectations. But I will say the brownie batter does taste exactly like licking the bowl after making brownies (the boxed kind) and mixed with my coffee is drinkable. I could see myself finishing off this tub but not likely to re-purchase unfortunately, maybe I’ll try a flavor that’s not so dessert like which was my lesson to learn.

Tasted pretty good and not too chalky . Saw a lot of gains in the gym

Sounds good especially if you havent haven't enjoyed a nice donut in a while but you will be disappointed with the flavor. It tastes like sweetened fried oily bread - isn't that a donut? By definition yes but by flavor no. Its OK in yogurt or mixed a bunch of other things but on its own in milk or water not so good.

Absolute best flavor. Don’t listen to the other reviews, I’ve tried other Dymatize flavors and this one is easily the smoothest and tastes the best. It’s not overly sweet and the flavor profile is like a subtle vanilla with a hint of that glazed donut aftertaste. Doesn’t taste artificial. Being that this is hydrolyzed it is waaay easier on the stomach than many other whey protein brands. Only gripe I have is I wish the serving size to cost ratio was better but honestly worth it based on how well it works.
