Was a bit skeptical as to whether to buy these or not after reading some of the reviews, but some glad I did! After the first run, I was Sold that these were a necessity for any YXZ to prevent the Tires on both the front and rear from chucking mud either in the cab or up onto the rear Rad cooling vents. I ran 600kms in various terrain from Mud to deep Water to Rocky Gravelly roads and hardpack trails and dirt roads and they worked to totally eliminate and or reduce everything off the tires from entering the cab or landing on the Rear Rad Vents! As other have mentioned, they arrive almost totally flat because of shipping, so I used a heat gun and my vice to slowly heat up the plastic and exaggerate the Bend lines it came with, until it matched my machines body lines, attaching the highest screw on the front fender first, making sure I had just the right amount of bend to fit snuggly up into the stock fender. The first fender took me taking my time about 1 hour, then the second front fender was only 20 minutes, now knowing what to do. The rear was literally 10 mins for both, so no worries! I am very happy with them and so is my wife who used to get covered in large globs of mud entering or exiting any sloppy mud holes or puddles we encountered on the trails, as my M1 Evils are nasty Mud Chuckers at times for sure, and now she enjoys our time together in the SxS much more. Worth The Money. Now the YXZ Body Lines Resemble the Stealth Bomber! Hope this helps!

Awesome fender flares, i think there a much better looking kit than the over fender kits. Havent tested out in mud or snow yet but i can tell they will work much better at stopping debris than stock

Update: Definitely worth the time, effort, and cost. Compared to the outside, very little made it inside. Fit and finish is excellent. It did take a few minutes to fit the front. I ran hot water over the folded areas and held them in the desired shape till cool. Once they were installed I used a heatgun to finalize the fit. Trying to drill from inside out is not an option, so I used an old sheet metal workers trick to transfer where the holes on the extension was located. I attached a piece of paper with the hole locations marked on it then slipped the extension in place with the paper on top of the fender. The rear extensions were a bit challenging because I have a Dragonfire bed extension installed. I didn't give it 5 stars because I found the two sides were no identical. If they were it would have been possible to use one side to template the other side.

If you use a heat gun to reshape them from the box they come in. And If you take your time lining up, before drilling holes they will fit perfectly. And they will stop lots of water and mud from splashing on your windshield. If on the otherhand you just try and throw them on in 5 minutes they will look terrible.

poor design, does not fit 2017 yxz 1000 worth a hoot, can do a better job if you cut hard plastic out in a design and zip tied it on. not a great production to follow the body of the yxz without putting a LOT if stress on the bolts, i'm sure a little hard riding and they will come loose , sending them back

Ok so I read the reviews and the installation was the big complaint .It took about an hour and as long as you take your time use some basic measurements some tape duck tape will work it will come out fine mine looks great and it wasn't that hard if your some what handy with tools. The holes on the front of the front fender flares are tough to get at from behind So I measured both sides and put in my own holes from the fender side.

Fitment not the best rubs when suspension flexes. Does help with mud for sure

Do help with mud sling but for what you are paying for I feel they are over priced! At most they should be less than $100. Do need a heat gun or a least a good hairdryer so you can manipulate them to get a nice fit. 4 star as they do help and look nice on the buggy but extra time to install
