Obsessed with this bike!! Shipping I asked some questions about the dual battery version but placed my order for the single battery. The seller noticed my name and reached out to inquire to be sure I wanted the single battery. This delayed the shipping but I really appreciated them checking. Once it was shipped I got it in 3 days! Speed My husband was so surprised by how much fun my bike is. I’m 120 lbs but it’s still quick with my husband on it (165 lbs). It has torque, slows down some at the top end but PLENTY fast for me and I’m sure most people. The different levels (1-5) affect the power and top speed. Level 0 is pedal only. Super easy to understand Assembly Assembly took 40 minutes for me doing it alone. Easy for the most part and they give you all of the tools needed. There are hidden bolts to remove the piece in step 2 (not in instructions) so don’t waste your energy trying to pull it off first like I did. My tire wasn’t beaded properly after I inflated so I had to deflate entirely and rebead. After that it was fine. Make sure you check this. Interface Interface is high quality, colored and easy to understand. The manual is simple and doesn’t overcomplicate things Looks and quality This thing is built SO well. I didn’t find one spot that seemed cheap. Looks awesome on the road. It even has a running LED light in addition to the bright headlight! I bought a rear rack that was meant for a Grom. I just used self tapping screws and screwed it in where the seat bolts usually go. Super sturdy and will be perfect to carry my chihuahua in her basket. Also ladies with short legs like me - this bike seat is shorter than a lot of cafe racer style e bikes out there which is great. I’m still on my toes when I’m stopped but I can’t imagine if I went for the others that are 4+ inches higher. I’m 5’4” Cons The only cons are the brakes and tires. If you’re concerned about stopping on a dime then get the hydraulic brake version. I knew what I was signing up for, so just going to drive safe and give myself extra stopping time. The tires feel a little thin but you can get high quality replacement tires for $100. Even if you replace the tires this bike is still worth the money, so that review complaining about the flat tire is a little illogical haha. Haven’t tested range yet. Will update when I do. Overall, GET THIS BIKE!!

So first off. Shipping was fast. I got it several days before I expected it. Package was in good condition. On opening it was easy to unpack. All of the tools and extra gear was accounted for. It came with a combo lock, hand pump and a phone holder. The tools 4 Allen L wrenches 2 small multi wrenches and a few extra brake pads. There is a card in the tool pocket that has simple programming instructions for the controller. The manual is detailed and comprehensive . Color pictures and readable text that is easy to understand. Luckily I watched several unboxing and saved myself a headache. The wires that go from the frame to handle bars are fed through the shocks in a way that it makes it impossible to turn the wheel. Remove the handle bar mount and pull off the top Gide of the shocks. 2 spacers on top and 2 on the bottom. After putting that off the proper way to run the wires is obvious. Also the tires are flat on unboxing. Check everything to make sure things are tight and I mean every screw and nut. The chane is dry it needs lube. There is an app you can download to link your phone to the bike’s controller. Assembling and fine tuning everything took around 2 hours. Ok now for the ride. 5 pas modes with cruise control on when you start it up. I’m around 250 so with a little room I hit 26-27 mph fairly quick. Take off on throttle takes 1-3 sec to go. On braking other cruise control cuts off. The peak 1000w rear hub motor provides enough power to climb decent inclines and hills at 10-18 mph pretty consistently. Stopping is where this bike lacks. The weight almost 100 lbs And mechanical disk breaks feel a little squishy. Give yourself extra time to slow down and also anticipate slow throttle up. It’s pretty snappy turning and it well balanced. At speed I was comfortably able to go a few hundred feet no hands and there was no drift or wobble.The suspension is dual but basic but for the price no complaints.It has a very bright head lamp with running lights and a tail light with turn signals.So pros: fast shipping, cheap and comes with many extras, turn signals, 15ah battery, dual suspension, disk brakes, color led interface, and a loud horn. Cons: brakes mechanical are lacking, heavy 90-100lb with both batteries, Slow take off weak low end torque hub motor.

Really great bike for the price I'm having fun from the day I got it, It can ride on snow too and it has some crazy torque and I've reached maximum of 28mph and the only issue I had was when I filled air in the tire with the air pump that was included, that didn't really help the tire always popped out so I have to use electric pump and that's it and It took me around 2 hours to assemble the whole bike and that's it Hope it helps

This has been a great bike until today. I have had so much fun on this bike however today I was riding and the bike died on me. It now has an error code and won’t run. I had to peddle the bike all the way home. Peddling a bike isn’t bad except for the fact that this bike is very heavy and not like a normal bike. I will contact MovCan and see what they do to assist me. I have had this bike less than a month now.

Love this bike. Powerful, fast and extremely solid especially for the price. Added a trailer and it rides smooth and can handle the weight. After researching for months which bike to go with I am very happy with this purchase. Highly recommend!

In the description it was said it was suitable for any road or condition. Well i tested it out and guess what its not. The gear hub completely broke. I emailed the company and havent heard anything. I had to throw away the gears and the chain to be able to use the bike. Its on throttle only now.

My bike arrived used broken and unusable! 1500 dollars down the drain
