I have attempted to use a cup for 2 cycles and just couldn’t get to grips with it. It was uncomfortable and would leak. I also have IUD, so using a cup made me super nervous about displacing my IUD. I have tried the Salt disc for a few days so far and it’s really easy to use. The finger grip on the disc is really useful and reassuring. The disc is soft but still firm enough to keep its shape when inserted. I was apprehensive about using a disc because of its size, it seemed so daunting to have to position. But it’s been great, once I figured out how to insert it the best way for me and my anatomy, it’s not leaked at all. It’s super comfy. I highly recommend trying the salt disc if you’re struggling to use a cup. Also Reddit is great for advice on all things disc if you’re struggling

Comfortable, even with vaginismus. Much easier to insert than a cup, though I have found it to involve a bit more technique.

ONLY downside is it is messier to empty than their cup that I’ve had for years, but the lack of any leaks and extra benefits of a disc have really won me over

I am unable to use it, despite trying multiple times it always has a fold in it and it is really uncomfortable… tried to use it for a short time just for intimacy and my partner said he could really feel it and it took up a lot of space! unfortunately it was a waste of money for me
