Pen isnt hard to take out U cannot just yank it out You have to press it towards its magnetic tip which goes inside then pen Easily comes out I'm glad the others haven't broke off their tips by just pulling out the pen

I didn’t have high expectations being a magnetic board but boy was I wrong! These boards are game changers..no mess to clean up, perfect for travel, and they are learning pencil-holding skills. I’m so glad I took a chance with these! First off, the size is just perfect. Each board is 12x10 inches, which is big enough for them to get creative but not so large that it takes over the entire living room. And since it's a 2-pack, there's no fighting over whose turn it is – they each get their own. Peace at last! The magnetic drawing boards are super versatile. One side has lowercase letters, the other has uppercase, and then there's a side for numbers and a blank one for freestyle doodling. It's literally a mini classroom on a board. The ease with which you can flip between the different faces is great – just spin it around and you have a new activity. The kids have been practicing their writing without even realizing they're learning. Sneaky, right?
