I wish I could say 5 stars but I have a standard size UK oven and they don't fit I'm absolutely gutted, I've thrown the boxes so can't return. Edit, it is my fault for not checking the measurements I'm just absolutely gutted

Got these pans for the build quality mostly and the fact they tend to warp less than other aluminium pans. Absolutely a must for baking, the heat transfer is good and I get well cooked bases with this pan. It’s also possible to season some what and I tend to leave the underside of the pan dirty and only cleaning the top section as the seasoning/darkening of the base makes the pan hotter so I get more browning on the base. But I always keep some sheets new as well depending on what I’m cooking

Bought this for a Christmas present. I have a set as well and use mine all the time. The size is perfect for a full roast and veggies and they make excellent cookie sheets. Easy clean up. I love the quality and highly recommend these trays.

Ces plateaux de cuisson nordicware sont d'une qualité exceptionnelle, depuis que je l'ai ai reçu je ne peux plus m'en passer, n'importe quelle pâtisserie est cuite parfaitement, surtout mes macarons !! Ils sont grands donc on peut mettre bcp de quantité dessus. Ne pas oublier de placer un papier cuisson pour préserver les plateaux
