Nordic WareGrill Safe Nonstick Pizza Pan, 12.5-Inch

The item looks exactly as image on product page.Unorthodox use. I place these in bottom of my Green Gourmet Vertical Brinkmann smoker to hold lump charcoal, inserted atop aluminum pizza pan, also sold on Amazon. This black pan allows ash to fall down, and its holes allow for air circulation under hot coals. The aluminum pan makes cleanup easy, and prevents ash from leaving smoker. A great combination, IMHO.Since this one is new I might try cooking focaccia bread on gas grill, while my 2016 pan still functions in my smoker.

Nordicware has always had GREAT products. easy to use, cleaning must be hand washed. Drys quickly. Great for pizza on a grill.

I went in Domino's and observed an employee using this type of pizza. Works very well!, You can Google the recipe. I'm pretty sure it doesn't require any yeast.

Sturdy and non stick.

Instructions well written. You will need to flip dough after a few min to get it as crispy. Then put on the toppings. Very study and I didn't need to use the pizza stone. Don't put it in the dishwasher.

This is a really nice pizza pan. It's heavy duty thick steel, with a non-stick coating. Pizza crust is done on the bottom in 12-15 minutes at 400F, slips right off pan to plate. The 8" is really a 10.5" x 9.5" oval (handles), but will make an 8" pizza. This fits in our Black & Decker Spacesaver Toaster Oven perfectly, but some toaster ovens are smaller. The handles and dark coating are great.We also have a 9" Thunder Coupe-style Aluminum Pizza Pan and it works well, but the bottom crust doesn't come out crisp and done like with this Nordic Ware pan. This is really worth the extra cost above other small pizza pans here on Amazon. Recommended!
