I have struggled with GI issues for years. Starting taking probiotic to help with digestion and regularity. This product seems to be helping, but in conjunction with other lifestyle modifications. It comes in a capsule, which makes it easy to swallow. It does not leave a foul after taste nor does it cause any belching.

I’ve taken these for 2 weeks n they constipated me. So I had to stop for now n maybe just take them once a week instead of everyday. It they are good bcuz my gut stop feeling bad n I felt the difference when I ate that I wasn’t feeling bloated after my meals. It’s good but I must be aware of anything I consume due to surgery.
