This is my second purchase of this product. The first one functioned for over two years and for the price I was pleased. This last one did not make two months. I would appreciate an exchange as the amazon refund window has passed.

IT NEVER WORKED AND SELLER NEVER RESPONDED TO MY MESSAGES. NO COMPUTER RECOGNIZED IT. BUTTONS UNRESPONSIVE. A WASTE OF MONEY. DO NOT BUY!

The second one I got kind of does charge, but the charge lasts a hour. I swim for at least two.This second one did not come with a 10 year old file in it so that was better.2. The light comes on but the player won’t charge. It just keeps flashing red.

Worked great 6 times, then quit working completely. It is about 5 days past the 30 day return period so Amazon won't take it back. I had high hopes for it, very disappointing.

No clear information on how to download music onto pler

Waterproof function is great for swimmers. Smooth connection to PC for file downloading. Downloading speed is great. Highly recommended.
