I really like this red light therapy device! It's easy to operate, comes on automatically when you put it on, and the warm red light dissects deeply and not only has it helped my neck tension and shoulder tension that had built up over time, I'm not surprised to find that my skin has changed with consistent daily use, and the wonderful flexibility and comfort has improved dramatically!

I already have some other red light devices and I believe in the red light therapy. I needed something for a particular situation and time for the shoulder area and I just knew about this one. This device is comfortable and convenient; it gives me the chance to keep working while I use it. As of its long term benefits I would add this one later once I see results.

Like the brace and it seems to work well. I'm 5'7" and 190 lbs with a bodybuilder type physique but not all that big. It's difficult to attach the strap without help. Too small

It’s okay not my side
