When I saw this cheesecake mix I thought it sounded absolutely delicious. I've had plenty of key lime pies in my lifetime and this is a whole other level of amazing. Instead of making a key lime pie with condensed milk and key lime juice, you instead make a cheesecake with cream cheese and this mix. Just make sure you take the cream cheese out of the refrigerator so it can soften a bit. To be honest I went all out with this dessert. I made a homemade crust with 9 crushed graham cracker full sheets (18 crackers) - which is exactly 1 1/3 cups graham cracker crumbs, plus I mixed in 1 tablespoon dark brown sugar and 1/3 cup melted salted butter. I pressed that into a glass pie dish with the back of a dessert spoon and then baked it at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. While the pie crust was cooling nicely on top of the stovetop I went ahead and whipped 1 cup of heavy whipping cream until peaks formed and it was nice and creamy. I then added in 1/4 cup confectioners' sugar which is just powdered sugar. I set this aside. This I made in place of the whipped topping because I thought it would taste way better and I can't find a whipped topping without palm oil in it, which I'm allergic to these days. Then in a large bowl I beat the two packages of cream cheese until softened a few minutes. Then added in the package that arrives in this box (powdered sugar, cornstarch, brown sugar and flavoring) and beat until nice and mixed up. Then I added in 1/2 cup confectioner's sugar (powdered sugar) because I felt the lime flavor was pretty strong and needed some sweetness to balance it out. Then I folded and mixed in the whipped cream. It can take some doing sort of cutting into the cream cheese and folding alternately. Don't be afraid to really work it into the cream cheese. I use a spatula that is also shaped like a spoon. Then I put the filling into the pie crust, put a slice of lime on top and covered it with a plastic wrap that seals on the edges. I left the cheesecake in the refrigerator for 3 hours which was perfect. Oh My when you taste this you are never going to want to live without it again! It is absolutely irresistible, creamy, dreamy key lime cheesecake. I've never tasted anything key lime this delicious. So well worth the effort and price. It saves a lot of time not having to squeeze key limes if you could even get them where you live! Sometimes I can find the juice in a bottle but that isn't fresh squeezed. This has a fresh flavor that is perfect. Yes, I did have to add a little more confectioner's sugar as indicated in my recipe but it was perfect. I will definitely make this again! ~The Rebecca Review

I followed directions to make the dip but it wasn’t dippable. Worked great as a pie filling. Had a great taste and wasn’t overly sweet.

I had ordered 1 key lime flavor and 1 orange flavor but received 2 orange flavor mixes. So, I tried the orange, which was really, really bad! It didn't taste like cheesecake at all but had a sharp, almost bitter sherbet taste! No one liked it and we ended up throwing the whole pie away. Don't waste your money, awful!!
