My details : 34" band, 38" bust (DD). Breastfeeding and 3 months post partum (baby born October 2024). Size WAY up. I read all the reviews and I got two sizes above the recommended (M) I got XL it fits just JUST. Would rather have an XXL and be a little more comfortable. I got black and it's colour true and I love how the back looks. The band is pretty wide and flattering 5'1" and 180. I have little back rolls and this helps to smooth them out ratehe than making them worse (which is the worst) Fabric is great quality, breathable, soft, not super high impact but totally reasonable for weight lifting, low impact cardio. Support is not as advertised but I had read the reviews and realized. Great for daily wear, material isn't super thick but it is not exactly flimsy. It does rub a little by the end of the day under the armpit / on the side where the seam is (another reason to size up)

I have around 36 DD bra size, and measured 41 inches loosely around the underbust/ribcage and I bought an xL. I usually wear larges to xLs and most people said to size up and one person said to use ur ribcage in inches to order it if it's for binding so all that equaled an xL for me. It's really comfortable, nice fabric, feels very secure, and does give me the appearance of a smoother and slighter chest, which is great if you are enby. It functions the way I want all sports bras to function and I can wear it all day. It's not a binder. Don't expect a binder. People are saying it's tight? I don't think it's tight at all. It fits and it's comfortable. It might look tight in my pictures but it's really just sturdy, I saw people relate it to swimwear, I think that's a fair comparison. It has a nice low neckline so you can wear it with a lot of shirts (though if you're transmasc, fair warning, you will still have noticable cleavage in form fitting shirts) and honestly it looks really good by itself. My biggest complaint is that the material is stretchy (not like bad quality but like they made it to fit multiple shapes) so if you have a heavy chest, there will still be some sagging and I do feel like I keep having to pull the straps back up. I've thought about getting a smaller size but I think that will just make the waist band smaller and the waistband is fine, the material just has a touch too much give for my taste. For the price, it's great, and if you want a relaxed minimizer, something that is comfy and multifunctional that you would use when you don't think you can handle binding or want to feel good working out, I recommend it, but personally I could've enjoyed more restraint from it.

this bra ran kind of small I ordered a xtra large and it was still too small

If you're a 38DD like I am, order a 2xl. The band and straps of the xl are comfortable, but the bust is too small

After a 27 lb weight gain when I quit smoking, most of it in the mammary area, I decided to go looking for compression sports bra so the girls wouldnāt be doing Conga all up in my face during Zumba or other cardio activities. 3 months and roughly $230 later....yeah, the bra industry truly is learning from Big Pharma or vice versa in regards to consumer money wasted & still not finding anything that is stopping the chest banginā going on. Still, Hanes has never let me down. Undies, bras, tees, you name it Iāve purchased it for me & my family. So hey I see āHanes Compression sports braā & Iām thinking āHanes! Sports bra! Compression! Tri-freakinā-fecta, right?ā WRONG. Sizing is questionable - but sizing is questionable in the bra industry in general - but for arguments sake letās say, runs small..because compression, right?𤪠Compression is light or suitable for more in-shape, muscled mammaries, NOT for over-50-what-weāre-you-thinking girls who will slap your knees black & blue in a Zumba class. I gave it three stars because I kept it - I do wear it - over another sports bra & guess what? Perfect! Also for $13 & some change, itās not gonna wipe out the remainder of the coffers. Still I would absolutely LOVE 1) less boobage or in place of that 2) a REAL compression sports bra that can be worn alone & still make the girls behave. For $13 & some change.
