Maybe a dozen useful tips hidden among the 38

The book purports to offer 38 ways to advance an argument but in reality perhaps only a dozen or so seem to be above the level of online “debating” and are well supported with solid examples. The remainder come across more as filler text and/or are poorly supported with example arguments (or lack any examples at all).
