OMG!! This is too funny. It screams really loudly. Whenever someone comes over and we're sitting around talking or a family member pushes my buttons one too many times? I pull out the Goat lurking behind my back and let it scream at the person who is either annoying or funny. It shocks people and then everyone just laughs. Good fun! Makes no sound. (No place for batteries or any other indication). The replacement came in a partly closed cellophane bag with a piece of tape and doesn't make sounds either. No formal package. I had ordered another one but cancelled it. Response sounded vague.
