Big Joe Lenox Fuf Foam Filled Bean Bag, Extra Extra Large, Cobalt -

I bought this during a recent move when I realized I would be sitting in an empty/unfurnished apt for a few weeks waiting for sporadic deliveries. I needed something large enough for myself and some friends, but not too expensive as after the move was completed, I might not have room for it any longer. After sitting on a yoga mat for two days straight this was a godsend. It’s essentially a huge 6 foot bean bag but instead of being filled with small “beans,” it’s filled with cubes of foam that feel about 2-3 square inches. It’s quite comfortable to sit in or lay on. I’ve put a pillow behind my neck and a pillow in my lap and worked remotely for hours. Also its quite durable, I’ve stretched around in it and had friends in it and it always jumps back to its original shape. The only negative thing I can say is that when I first unboxed the chair/couch, there was a noticeable amount of lint and fuzz on the fabric. I’m sure you could vacuum it off, but as I didn’t have a vacuum handy I just used as is. After two days of using I didn’t notice any lint, so it must have fallen off. For the price and value, I can’t complain at all. Great couch in a pinch.

First off, this is huge and the box is deceiving. Open the box in the room you plan leaving this in. Make sure children and small animals are out of the room. As you begin to cut the straps, the box will erupt with a soft, amazing sack. The straps start to break and fly off, terrifying a cat and 5 year old and me a few times. We didn't realize how big this was, my wife was screaming "dear Lord make it stop" as it climbed out of the box. When it was done with its transformation from a small, manageable cube to a hefty beast. It was a chore to get it downstairs out of the box. This is awesome and a value compared to other "name brand" sacs. This is huge, this is comfy and just awesome. Buy the xxl.

This is everything we hoped it would be. It arrived intact and on time. We unboxed it and the foam definitely needs to be broken up and fluffed around. Give it at least a few days--it says it can take up to a week but it was fluffy enough to lounge in within 24 hours, though still not at full strength. If you keep rotating and kicking/fuffing it, it grows faster. I find I do have to rotate it and re-fluff it a little after extended use to keep it at the most comfortable, but it makes an excellent, less heavy, low maintenance couch replacement. This XXL is bigger than our daybed and fits 2 people more than comfortably, even if they don't want to cuddle. It also makes a great cuddle spot for sure. Something to note: it's so big it doesn't have its own self-support so in the middle of the floor it puddles out flat when you sit in it, up against one wall it conforms easier to sit up in like you may expect or see in promo pics. Comfy either way though. It is low to the ground though so keep that in mind, it can be a task to get out of. aFeels exactly like a giant soft bag full of foam chunks so if that's your style you will love this. If you're expecting it to feel like an overstuffed armchair, look elsewhere.

It probably needs another bag or two of stuffing added and there is a slight chemical/plastic smell to it. (even after over a month of owning. Other then that, the outter casing is good quality. Very sturdy, and the memory foam pieces inside are very comfortable. It fits two people comfortably with room to spare. I have fallen asleep in it more than once.Also, WHY did a UPS driver deliver this? I live on the third floor with another women, and we are not in the best of shape. I knew the box was going to be around 80-90lbs, so I figured that an Amazon truck would deliver this with a trolly up the stairs. Not only was that not the case, but the delivery guy, who was built like a Terry Crews, refused to carry it up the steps. So it was left to two, physically under fit, women to roll this heavy box up. I wouldn't have wasted my money on getting it shipped if I knew I was going to have to do it myself.

We ordered two at the same time because we slept in one when staying over at my sisters. My kids fought over who would have it each night, and then during a separate stay my husband and I fought about who would have it! We needed to replace our loveseat so we went with the two in cobalt - great cover, nice dark blue, wipes clean when the kids or dog get something on it.The problem was, mine was significantly less filled than the other. We gave them a month to fill out (instructions say to give them 7-10 days) but mine never seemed to stay as fluffy as my husband’s. We weighed them- not an easy feat- and mine was 15 lbs lighter. Emailed Big Joe and Mike Short, Head Order Honcho, got immediately back to me. Asked me to send over a few pics comparing the two and then in less than a week we had a brand new chair to replace mine! I was just hoping for some fluff to fill it out, but they went above and beyond. Fantastic customer service, incredibly comfortable chairs, and we haven’t regretted our purchase for even a second!

So, I rarely write reviews unless I’m just overwhelmingly satisfied with a purchase. I wanted a relatively cheap lounging option for my 4 kids and me to watch retro 80’s shows in the playroom. I went with the XXL and this thing is huge. I went with the largest size thinking I’ve never seen a beanbag big enough, but this one is perfect. It’s soft and the material feels very high quality and durable. It feels really good on the skin and almost has a velvety texture. Out of the box it felt perfect to me. Much to my surprise it fluffed to almost twice the height by the next morning! It can be firm or plush depending on how you fluff it. It’s a permanent fixture though so make sure to unpack it in the room you’re going to use it in! (Assuming XXL). Movie night has just been elevated 1000%. I will definitely purchase another smaller one for the living room.
