The colour does not match the strength
It is not what I expected. A black Theraband is much stronger. This is the equivalent of a blue one and therefore is not doing the job I needed it to do.

The product is good but expensive i would recommend you to buy a 5 foot size because it will cost you less than 4 foot one

I have hanged it at a height of 7 feets and I use it off and on by pulling down as if I am doing lateral pull down exercise. Thereby I feel good stretch on my arms,shoulders and back.

Great product for physiotherapy. Although it didn’t last long as my puppy got it it one day. But could be a little bit more durable.
