Q: How do you make the pump work?

I've spent 30minutes and watched five youtube videos trying to make my life easier and actually open the pump this time. If that many people can't get it open, I'm going to go with it's manufacturing default. This is my second time having the trouble. I'm out. I will not buy this product again.

Q: Is this Hypoallergenic ?

I reviewed my label and it did not have that notation. What are you allergic to? Both the body wash and lotion are delightfully aromatic and very soothing. Lotion is great. I bought it for my daughters.

Q: Can I use this daily?

Yes I use it daily in the shower. I love it!
