My exercising has become a lot more fun! I have used my stationary bike and my Gazelle for this DVD and both ways work great with it. My mom has borrowed this DVD and she just walks in place with it. It makes exercising easier to do when you are enjoying the beautiful scenery "moving with you." I love the beach and love working out with the feeling that I am there.

This is a lovely addition to any exercise routine and works exceptional well with my cycle ride routine. There are three lovely beach scenes. Each are in gorgeous full HD color with the gentle sounds of the lapping waves as they come ashore. My favorite scene was the sunset on the beach with the brilliant gold and orange colors.If you enjoy being at the beach you'll enjoy this DVD. It's like gliding along the sands while you tone and workout.

This DVD is a very nice workout supplement. It shows different beaches at different times of the day. You can both ride along the beach at daytime and also at sunset. Now and then you also encounter other people on the beach. I have tried the DVD both with the exercise bike and the treadmill and both worked really well. The treadmill you can jog beautifully along the beach.

Virtual Cycle DVDs always give you great, stable straight-ahead imagery of a well-edited themed ride. This ride begins on a straight, flat paved path riding through sea of orange and yellow leaves. As your solitary ride progresses and the path curves, greens, browns, and reds make their way into the ride’s color palette. Ride 2 begins on road hugging the side of a canyon wall, with rock above and a river below. There are less yellows and oranges here, but the view more than makes up for it. Eventually you’ll make your way to a more forested area and the colors pick up a bit more. Ride 3 also begins on the side of a hill, but in a more mountainous area. There are fewer trees here, but those that are there are still nice. I was surprised the first time I saw snow (!), but I guess it makes sense too. Not only are you above the tree line, you’re above the cloud line, so you’re looking down at the top of clouds, which is pretty cool.

I have a number of Tony's Relaxation-Nature videos and this is a little bit different. There are a few people shown. But I really like this video. It's like walking through the tropics. There are three films: 1) :24 minutes through heavier jungle growth, rock walls along side the path, and some unusual creeks. 2) :21 minutes along beaches and tidal flats. And 3) :19 minutes in more open jungle and more creeks. The camera stops at some scenic spots and also shows monkeys, birds, and a few other animals. The video quality is excellent. Even when the camera moves close by tree trunks, there are no distortions. All shot in scenic areas of Thailand.

J'ai l'habitudes des vidéos qui "avancent" tout le long quand je fais du vélo d'appartementil y a certes des images sympas mais c'est parfois comme un documentaire avec des arrêts, des canards ou des oiseaux que l'on "regarde", cela ne m'a pas convenu

Hier wurden sehr schöne Strecken zusammengestellt - einmal durch Wälder, zweimal Bergstraßen entlang - alles tatsächlich in sehr schöner farbenprächtiger Herbststimmung. Mir gefällt alles sehr gut ... und ohne diese DVDs geht's gar nicht mehr auf dem Hometrainer ;-)

in dieser Reihe gibt es bessere DVDs; diese hier ist ein bisschen langweilig
