I suffer from chronic fatigue as the result of a long-term illness and several unrelated injuries endured over the past 2+ years (not working and on SSDI since May 2017). I've tried just about everything, and GS15-4 is one of a very, very few supplements that helps -- helps noticeably, and helps quickly. The effect it produces is a lift in mental and physical energy, clean and without the anxiety that an overload of caffeine so often imparts. It seems to give a bit of a mood lift too. Ginseng is one of the best known of the class of supplements known as adaptogenics. It is (in this form) by far the one that I've responded to most favorably. I've bought quite a few supplements from Nootropics, and I've always been pleased. They are without doubt one of the best vendors out there. To allay anyone's concern, I've not been offered or received anything in exchange for this review. My sincere hope is to see more product offerings from ND.

I have tried alot of ginseng products before but this ginseng is one of my best picks. After a week of taking it I could feel the difference

I've spent more then I would admit to people that I know on supplements so believe me I've tried many forms of ginseng. With that being said this fancy GS15-4 to me is just marketing. DON'T buy capsule anything unless you're truly too lazy to work the powder in your day or you'll blow so much money. There are some exceptions but this isn't one of them. You'll get up to 10x more servings if you buy the powder and experiment there. I have the powder form and I'm actually going to brew it with my coffee tomorrow as I just read that when doing so it's a slower onset and lasts longer plus the benefit of consuming less coffee AND less ginseng since they work synergistically. Also, if you don't know ginseng is VERY bitter so let's see if that way of consuming it makes the bitterness barely noticeable. All being said I believe if you want potent ginseng then try "CheongKwanJang korean red ginseng extract" on here in the liquid form. It's pricey but you'll definitely feel the effects. Again, is it really worth it at the end of the day?

I just started the product. I think it is working, but too early to properly judge.

Normally I LOVE all nootropic depot products but this one just wasn’t for me. Maybe I’m a non-responder, I didn’t get any energy boost even when stacked but other then this nootropics depot stocks great stuff.

I’ve been taking this in the afternoon for a few days and I don’t really notice anything. Gonna keep taking and see if something changes

Felt tired and didn't work. Then tried it on empty stomach with a cup of coffee and wow! Amazing calm focused energy.
