Bought for my husband following renal surgery. Head has to be down for 50 minutes every hour for a few days.

Looks great but....That's about where it ends. Don't sleep face down in this unless you wish to suffocate yourself shortly after falling asleep. The pillow does not support your head without your face hitting the mattress. The whole thing just squishes down into a flat pancake.Don't get me wrong, this is a great idea in theory, and I've given it two stars as the pillow makes a great neck pillow, but for use as intended, look elsewhere.
