The phones are defaulted and certificates deleted 5.) Phone is clean 6.) Many other items This vendor did none of the above. We received phones which had: 1.) Dried food, finger prints, face grease 3.) 6 out 15 torn cords, 3 of which were shorted and needed replacements 4.) 2 had missing cords 6.) One missing handset 7.) Scratched screens 8.) Missing rubber feet 9.) Configuration still on prior owner's phone system You may ask why i didn't just return them. I ordered them and then the project was placed on hold for 3 months. By the time i opened the actual individual boxes to install, it was well past the window of opportunity. My only discourse at this point is to try to warn other potential customers.
