The Elixir branded ones that I bought at the same time, were dramatically better, creating thick, thick smoke that filled the rooms, and stayed dense smoke for about two hours! We have gotten into a routine of using a fog bomb in the loft early in the autumn when more flies begin appearing and then again a couple of weeks later. These Pest Expert fog bombs are the best I have used. They are easy to use, I generally put one on a plate, light it and pop it in the loft before leaving the house for a couple of hours. Without fail, when I return the window sills upstairs are full of dead flies that can easily be vacuumed. They produce a good amount of smoke, down make the whole house smell too bad and kill a lot of flies in one go.
