Garden shed sits on a concrete platform. The concrete platform extends out beyond the footprint of the shed which allows rain water to sit and soak up into the shed frame which has closest contact to the base, so the frame has partially rotted away over the years. This item was perfect for filling the line of the wood frame which had rotted away whilst at the same time sealing along the joint between the wood frame and concrete base to prevent further rain water being soaked up. We've had two heavy periods of rain since and it looks to be doing a perfect job. Hints; others comment on the mess, so I took great care but still managed to smear it on gloves (must wear gloves). It's much thicker than silicone/mastic so cut a wide (min 5mm aperture) in the end of the cone in order to get it out.

Certainly sticks guttering and is strong. A bit messy to use as the tube leeked at the end and the sealand is very sticky!

Used it to hold the downpipe in the gutter connector as it had become loose and was leaking. It held for several months but have just had to redo it, not a problem as the product was still viable in the tube after its last use

Lovely flexy mucky sealing stuff! Good value and delivery. It was for a specialist job of sealing gutter joints from box guttering to Ogee where conservatory met house, and the mainstream conservatory company had failed to make good the leaks.. Applied easily and was plenty of it.

Does the job

No complaints. Easy to use. Yes, it can be messy as others said but if you are careful it is easy to manage. Make sure you cut the nozzle at an angle and don't make the hole too small as this is thick. It never fully hardens when it cures, it remains like rubber, so keep this in mind. It is not suitable for areas where cars will go over it or other heavy traffic places.
