I first noticed it was hard to start. Thought it would get better as it broke in. But it didn't. in fact, it only got worse. Plus it doesn't always want to stay at idle. Stalls upon giving throttle. Now I went to start it and the pull cord broke off. I won't buy another Neotec brand

Slightly stronger than the Craftsman it was to replace, but sending it back as it's squealing intermittently after two tanks of gas. Not certain if it's the clutch or engine.CAUTION: They delay in responding so you cannot send this saw back. I contacted customer support (overseas), it took 3 weeks for a response and then they ask what's wrong with it when you have already given them all the info. I will never buy another Neotec saw again, there is ZERO warranty and subpar build.Amazon should be ashamed selling these.Update: clutch was bad after 2 tanks of fuel. Pull start is now shot (plastic center destroyed and metal engagement lever bent). Tried to order the pull start assembly on their site, states free shipping but they add $15 shipping to a $6 part and will not answer chat window on their site.

This saw is nothing but issues. It wouldn’t start despite following all the manual instructions to a T (the manual is copy and paste from Husqvarna’s manual. They didn’t even update the page number references to match), then the starter assembly came apart. Got that fixed and adjusted the carb to every possible fuel mixture and never once turned over. The bar oil tank leaks profusely too, leaving a mess in my garage.The worst part is I’ve been trying to get Neotec to issue a refund for MONTHS. They go around in circles. They finally told me they issued a refund - not sure how because it wasn’t through Amazon and they don’t have any of my payment info. Seems they’re just lying and hoping I’ll give up.

Saw ran and cut as advertised,, instructions good be better as I have stuff left over and have no idea where they go or what they're for.. chain is a little aggravating and along with instructions I couldn't give it 5 stars

They create a new advertisement every few months that there ratings go low. Absolute trash and trash service.
